Finding a working workflow between JSM and JSW/JWM

We need to be able to have external people logging in new JSM requests through either email or the portal and, if these requests need to transition into DEV requests, we need some way to send them to JSW/JWM and still be able to link to the original request just so we can capture any interaction, including status changes, comments, etc.

You can set up JSM projects so that Agents acting in them can "create issue in other project", and you can even automate it - see
