FinancialForce PSA and Jira integration

Hope you well?

I wonder if anyone in this amazing Atlassian community had worked on Jira integration with Salesforce/FinancialForce PSA with the Integration Hub Connector ... It has a very limitted and vague and, at times unclear, documentation on set up, etc.

We are looking at items like syncing Work logs to PSA, syncing projects/epics to PSA, etc.
