Export Form Response or PDF using Automation

Hello,

I am trying to find a way to bulk export Jira Forms using automation. Currently, you can download all of the responses to an Excel, which is fine, but when a Form is submitted, it creates a PDF and attaches it to the ticket. I am trying to find a way to automate a process for downloading these Forms once submitted, or a way to bulk export all Forms once submitted.

I'm looking for the same functionality.  I want to then be able to create confluence pages from the forms which can be easily queried in confluence.

If I can export the forms then I plan to use MS Power Automate to create confluence pages from the exported PDFs.
