Export Data from Structure

Hi Team,

 

We are trying to export data from structure which also has columns for Sizing and hours logged. When we export to Excel, it's converting it to specific time in AM/PM format in place of hours and minutes. Can you please help how can we resolve this?

The durations that I have exported to excel all get exported properly.  We will need to review your exact scenario in more detail.

Customer portal does not seems to be working, I am getting as "

This site can’t be reached

support.almwors.com’s server IP address could not be found."
