I have a lead who is interested in integrating JSM with Zendesk and Solarwinds. Has anyone ever done this? Do you have any advice or strategies you could share for how you made this work? Are there any apps you would recommend?

I'm currently working on an integration between Solarwinds NPM and JSM, but the Operations / Opsgenie merge part of JSM. Basically it will send alerts over and we can create an incident in our service project from the alert. Once we get it set up our next step would be to link the alerts or incidents to our network CI's
