Excel Table for Jira Service Management Portal

My first question on this forum.
"Jira Service Management Cloud"
Users of Service Management projects wish they could have an option of an Excel table in the portal and thus avoid adding attachments.
"Table Grid Next Generation" has limitations that it is not possible to copy and paste and sometimes the interface does not display correctly in the browser.
Users of Service Management projects wish they could have an option of an Excel table in the portal that allows them to copy and paste information as in Excel and thus avoid adding attached files.
"Excel-like Table for jira" is promising but cannot be added in a Service Management project portal.
Any suggestions?
