Thank you for reaching out.

Per your description, I understand that you would like to know how you can configure a Security scheme to properly restrict some issues to specific users/groups in your Jira site. Is that correct?

Basically, a security scheme its where you set security levels and which teams can access those security levels. To create a new security scheme for a project, navigate to Project > Project settings > Issue security.

Once you've properly configured your security scheme with the security levels you need, you can navigate to your issues and add them with that security level, so only the users/groups added with that level in your Security scheme will be able to access those issues.

P.S: The free plan of Jira Cloud does not provide you with the Issue security feature. You must upgrade your site to Standard or Premium plan in order to add Security schemes.

Hola, si, pude agregar el esquema de seguridad y cree un nivel de seguridad para un grupo de usuarios pero estos aun pueden ver toda la información, no toma el nivel de seguridad, como deberia configurarlo?......Gracias
