Hello, I'm currently experiencing a problem creating my new Jira project.
I've been able to create my different queues, but I'm unable to create an escalation from one queue to another.
I'd also like to associate queues with teams, but once again I can't figure out how to do it.
Could you help me? Thank you
Hi Beraud,
Just to clarify - you don't escalate a ticket between queues. Queues are just queries - so based on the filter used by the queue, then the ticket shows in that queue or in another queue.
So what exactly are you trying to do?
Thank for the help.
I plan to have a total of 6 queues. And I'd like to escalate tickets from one queue to another.
My project has to be built this way:
-A general queue where all tickets created arrive.
-Depending on the type of ticket, one person will escalate the tickets to the other queues.
The word escalate may not be the right one. But I'd have to be able to transfer tickets from one queue to another simply for the agents.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
So, what differentiates the different queues? Do you have a field with some type of level? Or other another way to say this issue belongs in this queue?

I've found a solution. With Team i can transfert my issue to another queue.
