A customer was attempting to raise an issue, and got this error message in the customer portal. She attempted to raise the issue twice and got this message both times. JIRA Cloud Service Management. This is the only user experiencing the issue.

The issue that the customer is facing seems something related to the browser/network since no one else is facing the same error.
Can you please ask the customer to try creating a ticket using incognito mode?
Is it happening when using other browsers?
Also, it’s important to clear the browser cache and cookies and disable extensions to make sure nothing is blocking the portal from working correctly.
I saw some similar cases and in one of them the issue was fixed by changing the password, so maybe the customer can try this as well.
