I have configured notifications and emails are being sent on our behalf using ithelpdesk email address but not DKIM signed.
We have configured DKIM Setup on DNS register and on validation it shows domain has been verified and configured properly but still the emails coming from Jira are not DKIM signed . Does anyone know if there is an ongoing issue.
