Emailed Request Issue in JIRA SErvice Management

Hi everyone, 

 

I am having an issue in my JIRA SM whenever someone raises a ticket via Email on the ticket the email they are sending the request to is added as a request participants. 

We don't want that as they are getting all the notification about the ticket. Is there a way to address that?
