Yesterday somehow Email request possibility disappeared. After I added email request as one of issue types, everything went back to normal.
But in the meantime, when our customer wrote letters, thy didn't create as issues.
This is our default email request configuration:
I see emails in message trace but I can't find it in inbox or deleted folders (nor in host mailbox, nor in shared mailbox). Are these emails gone forever or are they stored somewhere for some amount of time?
Emails are deleted. Check with your Email admin team if they can restore it.
