Email requests server protocol drop down do not change value.

Hello,

we discover this, because our email is repeatedly disconnected with this error (now it is at least once per 14 days):

• Retrying in 20 minutes - Email pulling has failed 6 times consecutively (Reason: Couldn't connect to host, port: mail.webglobe.cz, 993; timeout 50000; Using SOCKS host, port: outbound-proxy.eu-central-1.customer.prod.edge-inf.net, 1080)

Has anybody some recomendation to solve this? I also asked admin of email services.

I do not know, If bug is in out email services (because other email addresses works correctly). Or in Jira connection service.

But "protocol" dropdown field does not change value when select. So we do not know if our setup is correct because of this issue.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Email requests setup
2. Try to connect users email
3. Try to select protocol (IMAP, IMAPS, ...) value do not change., If I select ANY value, everytime IMAPS is selected. Port number is changing.

Has anybody this problem?

For me ot seams, there is some bug. Because 2-3months back, our email request works correctly without this bug.
