Email notification managing each specific user

Hi 

Is there a common way to managing Email notification each specific user?

Or assign specific user to email notification category status change?

Want to avoid from every each status changing to notification the  irrelevant users,

its kind of bothering.

There is some control over it, but for Jira Service Management projects, there may be two types of email you are questioning (Actually four, but two of them are about users sending email to Jira, so we'll forget them)

Is this about customers who get emails about their requests via the JSM "email channel", or the back-end Jira users who get "notifications" from activity that changes issues?

It is for the rest of the team that kind irrelevant for specific issue.

Any way i found  away to manage it, and it works great in the "personal setting" (on the right upper corner under setting).
