Thank you for the response, we are currently using the standard trail and we want the email limitations to be unlimited. We have already given the Bank details, could you please make it to unlimited ASAP.

That happens automatically when you upgrade, it's not something a human sets.
And I'm not an Atlassian, I have no access to the systems anyway.
