Hello,

I would like to have the email address of a reporter in the ticket view. However, I can't find the email field anywhere.

Hi,

If you're an agent, you will see an email when you hover on the Reporter field. But if this person hidden this information in their personal setting in the Atlassian account, you don't see it.
