Does 2FA affect the email connectivity?

 

The connection keeps having problems after successfully adding the email and then it gets dropped again

 

Please advise

I'm not sure how those two related. Could you elaborate on your setup?

You added an e-mail. What exactly do you mean? Do you added a user? Did you added an e-mail server for your request to go through?

 

Also, what do you mean by 2FA? Are you referring to the one setup on the ORG. Are you referring SSO setup on the portal?
