I recently inherited the Jira Service Desk configuration. We currently have the POP3 default email server in place with our email handler is using this default mail server.
I have observed that the Jira puller does not seem to be pulling every minute. It appears that as the morning wears on, the amount of delay from Jira puller increases to over an hour. What do I need to do to troubleshoot this issue and determine the root cause.
