I (as the Assignee or Watcher) am not receiving any email notifications for comments added or when the issue is closed.
Notifications for the project are set up correctly and also my personal preferences.
Welcome to the community. I am assuming that you already verify that the notification scheme used in your JSM project is showing the following for the Issue Commented/Issue Closed events -
If the notification scheme is setup correctly, then you can use the Notification Helper function (by accessing the notification scheme) to test out the notification event further on why you are not getting the system notifications -
Last thing, if the testing is not showing any issue, then you need to check your email application (i.e. Outlook) to see if you have somehow filtered out those emails from JSM on your client side.
