E-mail pulling from Microsoft Office 365 not working

Hi everyone,

First and foremost I'd like to say I already checked this two threads on the matter but I couldn't solve the problem with any of them. One of the threads says I should refer to this document which says I should check the scheduler details, but I can't find that option in Jira. I'm using the web version.

What bugs me is the fact that when I add the mail account, it works, for a while. Generally about half an hour and then it stops working. Here's the connectivity log:
