E-Mails from AWS Workmail Do Not Arrive
We successfully set-up a custom e-mail address (from AWS Workmail) in Jira ITSM. However when sending e-mails to this address for testing, they do not arrive in Jira ITSM. The logs unfortunately are empty.
When checking the e-mail inbox itself, we can see the messages. Any clue why this is happening?
