When building a facilities service request form for customers, is there a way to make the request dates in the calendar more dynamic? We have a need for black out dates, limiting the number requests per date, having a 2 work day buffer, 2 week buffer for weekends and 1 month buffer for holidays.

Welcome to the community.
As far as I know, there is no way to interfere in the behaviour of the date picker.
There is also no possibility in the Request form to check on date values.
I guess you could do some validation in an automation rule, but that only is possible after the ticket is created.
