Hi,
I've a workflow (only slightly customised) which ends with 'Done'. The Post Function is set for transitions to 'Done' as 'Resolution=Done', as below. Yet, even new tickets still show in the 'Open' queue when marked 'Done'. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
Can you share the queue's filter?
Also, if you filter issues to resolution=done, does the issue come up?
Aww man. My 'Open' queue was including 'Resolved' status. I don't remember changing that but I must have done. What a banana. Turns out, filtering correctly solves the problem. Thanks for your help - I will now go and hide in the corner in shame.

Thanks for the speedy reply. Yes, I was sure it has been but have re-published now to be sure and it hasn't solved the issue.
