Dominios y rangos de ip para la migración

Buenas tardes:

Estamos intentando migrar a Jira Service Management desde un server que se encuentra "capado". ¿Podrían indicarme que dominios y/o rangos de ip hay que permitir para llevar a cabo la migración? Así como otros conceptos que no hayamos tenido en cuenta a la hora de preparar la misma.
