Having looked at the Service Catalogue, it appears to just enable basic service request types. Is there any out of the box functionality or perhaps another Atlassian product, that can be deployed to enable users to order specific items from a catalogue (with pricing etc), e.g. order a laptop, which generates approvals, availability check, SLA and so on.
@Adam Marland Welcome to the Atlassian community
There are not any Atlassian products that provide shopping cart or storefront orders. How many products are you planning on providing in your catalog? If it was a small number you might be able to create specific requests/custom fields to have individuals submit orders. It would not be anything like the shopping cart experience that individuals would be used to. You could also use an external system and create an issue with order details through the API.

Thanks Brant, that's all useful information. Regarding the number of products, I am not sure at this stage. Likely to start with a small number but would need a scalable solution.
