I have a customer that is part of an organization but they have left that company and I would like to remove them from having access but I don't want their tickets they submitted to be lost and to still be tracked with the organization.
So before I remove them I wanted to understand how this will work or if there is a way to better handle this by disabling the user or marking them inactive but still leaving them part of the organization.

Tickets are visible to an organisation because they are shared with that organisation - those tickets have the organisation filled out on the ticket. So removing someone from an organisation will not impact visibility of that ticket to other members of that organisation.
