I tell you, I have a Help Desk project in Jira Service Management and my clients are aggregated and classified by organizations, however when incidents arrive from them, in some of these incidents I can see the organizations to which they belong but in the Most of these incidents do not; being that there are several that belong to the same person as examples in the attached image:
If you check the Organizations staus of TIC- 294/293, you might find the field is empty respectively. That may related to your agent processing or the way the customer raised the tickets. Please let me know how it goes.
