Does anyone know how to hide the SLA counter from the details panel from the admin view?

I have looked everywhere in the project settings and cannot find a way to hide the panel from the admin view when working tickets. We have it set to hide from customers which is good, but the team I am working with is using SLAs but do not want to see on the ticket itself but still want it to report out. I have searched various articles and am not finding anything that is answering this. Wondering if it is possible at all.

I am including a screenshot of what I am describing. Any help or advice on this would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @kim.fox,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

You cannot hide the SLA section if the issue has an active SLA. The only time that section is hidden is if there are no SLAs for that issue.

The only workaround would be to use an app instead of the built-in SLA, I know that Time to SLA allows you to hide it, but my guess is that other apps in the Marketplace  can do it too.
