We added a dropdown option for pending called "waiting for customer", but it causes confusion. It takes to backward steps to return it to "Waiting for Customer," Does anyone have any issues using this standard workflow (Service Request Fulfilment workflow for Jira Service Desk)?
Can you provide clarification on your ask? What you means by "added a dropdown option for Pending called "waiting for customer"? This is a custom field or are you modification is against the WF?
