Does Jira Service Management have a color blindness mode similar to Trello?

I've not seen a similar setting before; you could check out what the JSM document on the accessibility page states? See that page here: https://www.atlassian.com/accessibility

What specifically though is the concern from a colour perspective? Perhaps we can suggest alternative/custom approaches that could help? Or Apps? :)
