Does Email Domain added in Test Environment on cloud gets deleted after actual/production migration

We have migrated JIRA software, Jira Service Desk and confluence on cloud in trial version.
Now we are testing it, and while trying to add Email domain it is asking as to add
some DNS records and values in Public DNS.
If we add it now, will these DNS values get changed when we will do our actual migration?
Because for actual production migration we are going to wipe out data on cloud for Fresh migration.
Or is it possible to keep this email domain settings and and clean up rest of the things?
