we are configuration Jira-Service Management for the first time. One of the case is also to document and compare the configuration of the different Service-projects.
Is there a possibility to document
- Which fields we use on the different Portal-Screens ("Key-Questions: which portals are similar, which portals contains the same fields, on which Portal a field is missing).
- Which fields do we use in the different Projects (compares) e.g. in Screens.
its hard work to do it manually by looking at each Schema, a compare (maybe export and compare in exel would be helpful).

I wouldn't look for documenting the configuration, I would look at the housekeeping and migration utility apps in the marketplace - most of them have ways to report on project configurations and have merge functions as well.
