I need to create ticketing board in my running board. question do we have any ready made template can be used as ticketing system as like remedi tool or ALM

Could you explain more on what you are trying to create?
JSM do not have boards but queues. Are you trying to create a kanban/scrum board in jira software instead? Or by board, are you talking about a new project?
I'd say all the templates for "Jira Service Management" projects are good for "a ticketing system" - ticket systems are a subset of Service Management systems.
