Display ticket status in the customer portal

We would like to display the description of the status in the portal so that the user has more information. Is it possible via an app or no?

Hi @Adrien Riccardo ,

Welcome to the community !!

Go to your project settings --> Request types. 
Click Edit fields for the required Request type and go to "Workflow statuses" tab.

Here you can give any status name to show to the customer. There is no other way to show nay descriptions to the statuses
