I tell you that I am faced with a challenge regarding the creation of a ticket within the system. In the visualization in the combo 'Type' you cannot see the complete information.
This generates a difficulty and delay when making a simple request in the portal.

Hi @antonio.franco , i am unable to follow the issue you are experiencing. I think you are having an issue with the limitation on the size provided for the Type field in the Portal. Unfortunately that cannot be changed for select field. I would consider shortening the values so that the are readable within the space.
