Disable share option

Is there a way to disable the "share" option, so customers can't share an issue with other customers? I went to project settings >> customer permissions, but there is no option there.

If you have the first option ticked under project settings > customer permissions > who can customers share with AND you do not use organizations then there will be no sharing.

Yes, but the option is still there. Users won't understand the funcionality, that's why I wanted to disable (not show that option)...

So there is no option for that, right?

I just did a quick test and I don’t see the Share button. Have you tried this and are seeing it?

Sorry Jack. There is no share button indeed. There's only a  "shared with".
