In a service desk project there are 3 teams
We want to turn off "Reply To Customer" for 2 teams only, is this possible ?
We made sollution for one restricted team in Jira project:
1. Disable comment for this team
2. Create special transition only for this team, where is on screen only "Paragraph text field"
3. Create project Automation witch will copy content of this "Paragraph text field" to Internal comment on issue.
I don’t understand the usage of teams here. The point with Jira service management is that agents of a project have the ability to reply to customer if you don’t want individuals to have that ability then they need to not be agents for the project. They would need to be set up as ‘collaborators’ with browse/comment permissions.
