Deleting SLA in one project, Affects SLAs in other projects too?

Hi, 

We are using the default SLAs like Time to first response, Time to Resolution etc in all our projects. But in one of the projects we don't want to use SLA. For this if we delete standard SLA for example Time to first response from this project, does it affects the same in other projects too. What I mean is does Time to Response will be deleted from all projects of our instance.

Hi @Madineni ,

That should not be the case.

SLA's are project specific so removing them from one does not impact the others.
