Dear Community,
I am at a bit of a loss. How can a customer who has submitted a ticket via the service portal and subsequently delete the attachment?
I have already checked the authorisations.

Unfortunately at this moment this is not possible. Currently, attachments in the customer portal are contained within customer comments, but are not organised in any way. Please vote and watch this ticket - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-4104
