Iam using Jira service desk data centre edition and Iam using line manager approvals and other approvals in too many requests and when any user went for vacation too many requests are pending their approvals and we face pain t change the approval from user to user
Is there any way to overcome this situation ?

Hi @Mohamed Saad Taha You could consider using approval groups for this process. If one or more approvers from the group approve the request, it is considered approved.
Of course, when using approver groups, all approvers from the group will always be eligible to approve/decline a pending request.
As an agent, you always should be able to replace the current approver by a backup approver in case of absence. This can be done via the Edit Button.
Because ... what would be the trigger to determine that the line manager is out of office?
@Dave Mathijs integrtion with active directory I get the line manager which is so hard to change every time employee get vacation
