Default email account

Preciso configurar um email com dominio da empresa no projeto de service desk, para que seja possível abrir tickets por email.

Não estou conseguindo alterar o email default

Hi @Thays de Carvalho ,

You mention you are unable to set up a custom email account.

This should be possible by going to the project settings, Email Requests and add an "Other" account.

There you should be able to configure your custom mailserver and credentials.
