Default Values set on Service Management Forms not carrying over

Edited

Hello, when we create forms to support service management requests, many of the fields have set default values.  These fields are defined as custom fields.  But when the form is used in the service request, default values do not display if set at the form or customer field level..  See screen prints below for the example.

Blank fields where defaults are defined but are not displayed.

Hello Team,

Also, having the same issue where the default value is showing properly in the form admin section (for example, in preview mode) but doesn't show on the customer side.

@jbolton have you been able to solve this?

No, this is still in our backlog to fix.
