Default Response in JSM Forms

Is it possible to have a formatted default response in JSM Forms?

It should look like the image below.

This is not possible at the moment, as the fields in JSM Forms don't support rich text. However, can't you create a field for every bullet point in your list to solve your use case, maybe combined with conditions?
