We use Jira SD Cloud Service and are currently running 1 SD Project for Software Customer Support.
We would like to Start another SD Project for general customer support. These 2 projects come from different company divisions with different CI (Colours, Logo).
It seems that there ist only one Help center for all Projects, i. e. it is only possible to configure one Background Colour and one Logo for all customer portals.
Is there a way to configure one dedicated help center per project with individual settings?
You would either need to create your own customer portals or look at an addon like Refined for JSD.
