Dears, Please need your support as i am new to JSM. I need to customize the service request page for P i need to rename Priority and for T i need to rename TYPE.

Type only appears as "T" in a couple of places where the full name would just waste space on screen.

You can translate priority if you want, but I'd question why you want to, it's completely clear on what it is for.  If you want to use something else, your best option is to create a custom field with your chosen name and drop priority off the screens by hiding it in the field configurations.
