Date and time format smart value

Hi folks, I need a help on smartvalue date/time format. Currently I have this code:

SLA: {{SLA.ongoingCycle.breachTime.jira.longDateTime}}

and the output in this format: December 15, 2021 at 4:28:54 PM UTC

but I need the output in this format: 22/12/2021 13:22

how should I proceed?
