Hello my learned friends,
I would like to create a dashboard showing a Pie Chart for each of our "At risk" customers so that we can see at a glance for each of those customers where we are in terms of SLA for their open tickets. So all I am wanting really is a 2 colour pie chart that has a green section for their tickets that are still within SLA and a red section for those tickets which have breached. I have created a filter for each customer that shows their currently open tickets, but I don't appear to be able to select anything to do with SLA under statistic type.
Is what I am asking for possible?

You can create a filter that looks at the SLA using JQL. For instance if I wanted to see all the breached first responses I would do "Time to first response" = breached() You just have to know the name of the SLA and you should be able to create the filter.
I forgot to say that this really will not work with a pie chart but you could create a report in the service desk that would be a line graph that could display this information.
