Daily Report incident tickets as automation process

Hello everyone,

In our company we have incident flow and now we want to create based on automation process for daily report incident process.

We want to automate the process so that an incident report is sent to the appropriate mailbox every day and even if the incident did not occur, then a report would come that there were no incidents for a given period of time.

Can someone help us to create this process if it possible.
