In Jira Service Management, all custormers are named users, with their own user names , email and can manage their own issues or are they all "anonymous" with no access on their unique questions?
It continues as free users as it was in Service Desk?

Default they are indeed unique users. they can of course share issues with an organisation (think of it as a grouping of customers) or other users.
If you want however, you can open up the system to allow anonymous access but by default they are all named users. (they do not consume a jsm license tho)
it does indeed continue as it was in JSD, that has not changed!
