Customizing checkout portal

We are looking for the Checkout for the 'Checkout - Procurement & Asset Manager" app. The idea is to incorporate s it possible checkout with the standard IT-service items like incident, Service request, Change etc. This seems possible, but in the portal the procurement items are on the top of the portal, Is it possible to change this, see the attachment? I will move the "contact us about" items above the "Purchase request" items

The design for JSM does not allow us to do what you are planning to do. We are working within it's boundaries. Even though you can add other request types after Checkout Project is created, we do not recommend it. It is best to keep checkout only for procurement requests.
